Will Ferrell's watch in Stranger Than Fiction

I know alot of props in movies are just that... props. But by any chance does the watch that Will Ferrell wears in the movie Stranger Than Fiction even exist? I have a feeling that alot of the watch's movement and character were mostly (or all) CGI (computer generated images) but I am hopeful that maybe the watch he wore in the movie does actually exist.
